How do I book an experience day or training?

Simply call 01200 448130 to book. If you are unsure on which date you would like to come, gift vouchers can be purchased online, in store and over the phone.

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery orders to most areas of the UK should arrive within 5 working days. Working days are Monday-Friday 7am-9pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please email sales@inchperfecttrials.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the item. All goods must be in new, unused condition with original packaging (eg, boot/helmet box, packet). Pack the item carefully to avoid damage and enclose a note with your order details. Post to Inch Perfect Trials Ltd, New Hey Barn, Whitewell, Nr Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 3AU). We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel. We will email you to let you know that your return has been processed within 3 working days of receiving it through the post. You can also return items to the store.
